An Irish Brunch Cooking Class
Don't just eat brunch, experience it. Join us for a hands-on cooking class featuring traditional breakfast foods of Ireland. You'll prepare a mix of recipes that are sure to fuel you for the day! The session begins with a Baileys Irish coffee and then you'll work your way through a mix of savory and satisfying recipes. We'll have amazing smoked salmon and traditional tomato side prepared in advance to round out the meal.

Chef-curated Prepared Meal: Greek Gyros with Herbed Tzatziki Sauce
Everyone loves a home-cooked meal but we don't always have the time to prepare it ourselves. Rather than worry about cooking why not let Conquering Cuisine do it for you. Our dinner packs are a full meal including main course and sides. It's handmade and comes ready to heat and serve.

Menu:
- Tender Beef/Lamb or Grilled Chicken Gyros with Lettuce, Tomato and Onion;
- Herbed Tzatziki Sauce and Fresh Pitas;
- Roasted Potato Wedges with EVOO, Spices and Fresh Dill;
- Mixed Grilled Vegetable Salad with Fresh Tomatoes and Creamy Greek Dressing;
- Homemade Baklava with Pistachios, Dried Fruit and Honey

Date Night Cooking Class: Flavors of the Mexican Kitchen
Many of the dishes served in local Mexican restaurants do not accurately reflect the food of our neighbors to the south. True Mexican cooking uses a variety of meat, seafood, beans and vegetables flavored with rich moles and fresh sauces. With the variety of ingredients readily available today there's no reason why you can't put these dishes together at home.

Date Night Cooking Class: Tasty Tidbits
Join us for a fun and informative class designed to teach you the techniques of small food - hors d'oeuvres and finger food. We'll cover the different categories of both hot and cold hors d'oeuvres and the vessels for them. It's a great night of cooking and eating with the one you love.

The session begins with a pomegranate mimosa and then you'll work your way through a sweet and crispy French toast, delicious panini and an to a other worldly egg dish.

Wines of the Central Coast and Monterey
The central coast is an incredibly wine region to explore. From the beautiful coastline to the expansive farmlands, the region is dotted with small towns and great wine producers. While Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Syrah are some of the most well know varietals from the region, they are not the only ones. In this class Mike will cover the geography of the regions, the winemakers and the varietals that make the Central Coast and Monterey world class.

There is no question that Italians have a passion for good cooking. When you start with incredible ingredients it's much easier to make simple dishes taste sublime. We'll make dishes that are representative of the country as a whole using authentic ingredients and tried-and-true preparations.

Date Night Cooking Class: Caribbean Style
Caribbean cooking is a fusion of African, American-Indian, French and Spanish syles that uses the plentiful fruits and vegetables grown locally and seafood fished from the boutiful waters surrounding the islands.

Parent/Child Cooking Class - Food of France
Cooking with your child, enjoying family-friendly recipes and learning more about preparing healthy, delicious meals. In this fun and informative session parent and child will work side-by-side to prep and cook each of the items on the menu with the guidance of the instructor. The recipes are designed to teach basic techniques (knife skills, sauteing, sauce-making, etc.) that are beneficial to all ages. Each of the dishes prepared will enjoyed by the participants throughout the class. All equipment, recipes and ingredients are provided. Class runs approximately 2 hours and is geared for children over 10 years old.

Complete Easter Meal To Go
Avoid the hustle and bustle of the markets this Easter with a complete dinner pack from Conquering Cuisine. We'll have your meal ready for pickup so you can easily reheat and serve. Our dinner packs are made fresh and in-house and include the main, sides and rolls. Book now, limited quantity available. Serves 6.

The packs will be available for pickup Saturday, April 19th from 2pm to 3pm.

- Choice of Entree (with Two Sauces): Baked Glazed Ham with Homemade Tomato Chutney and Grainy Mustard Sauce OR
Roasted Leg of Lamb with Homemade Tomato Chutney and Rosemary Demi-glace Sauce;
- Layered Potato Gratin with Wilted Leeks, Aged Cheddar and Fresh Thyme;
- Steamed Asparagus with Garlic Parmesan Butter;
- Mixed Green Salad with Goat Cheese, Toasted Almonds, Fresh Strawberries and House Vinaigrette;

April 21, 2025 (Monday) 6:30pm - 8:30pm
Cooking Class: Pasta and Gnocchi
Italian cooking is varied and rich in all its aspects but pasta and gnocchi have a special place in its history and traditions. This hands-on class will focus on kneading, rolling, cutting and forming fresh egg pasta and ricotta gnocchi. Each with be paired with sauces complement their flavor and served with a seasonal salad. It's the perfect session to roll up your sleeves and work together!
