Movement: Through moving - and not moving - we will practice a meditation for the heart and focus on our Virabhadrasana (Warrior 1).
Nutrition: Discover whole foods for the whole body and how we can eat the foods we already love at the right time and in the right combinations. Who knows? You may just fall in love with a few more foods along the way!
CLEANSE- March 2nd 6:30-8:30pm
Learn the art of detoxing - spring cleaning for your mind, body and soul
Awareness: We will start with uncovering the thoughts and patterns that are not serving us.

Movement: We will continue the awakening by building heat (internal fire) with an emphasis on Trikosasana (Triangle Pose).
Nutrition: Food as fuel is the topic of discussion, followed by powerful smoothie blends and a demo.
CREATE- May 4th 6:30-8:30pm
We are all artists in our own way. Release blocks, shine your light & create authentic work!
Awareness: We will unearth our creativity and tap into our most authentic intentions by creating a sankalpa together.
Movement: Let's dance it out. No experience needed; just the willingness to let your body do the talking as you release whatever it is you don't need.
Nutrition: Learn about creating balanced meals. You will leave with lots of ideas (for breakfast, lunch, dinner and healthy snacking) and hopefully be inspired to create and share some of your own!
HAPPINESS- June 1st 6:30-8:30pm
Live JOYfully, embrace each moment, and learn to be your happiest self!
Awareness: We'll engage in some "happy" exercises you can do during those not-so-happy times.
Movement: The focus will be on the Yoga of Happiness and the pose, Ananda Balasana (Happy Baby).
Nutrition: Let's talk ways to get happy about your food with an emphasis on going local and organic when possible!
RELEASE- July 6th 6:30-8:30pm
Let go and surrender to the flow
Awareness: We will practice releasing negative emotions.
Movement: Our goal will be to slow it down and dive into forward folds, meditation and mental imagery.
Nutrition: We will conclude with a discussion on practices that support healthy digestion.
EXPLORATION- August 3rd 6:30-8:30pm
Travel, learn, play. Discover what excites you!
Awareness: Together we'll explore journaling our desires for travel, exercise routines and more.
Movement: It's time to ramp it up with a Cardio Strong class and break down of our Chaturanga (Yoga Push-Ups), one of the best strength-building practices in yoga.
Nutrition: We'll talk about what's in your kitchen and how to turn everyday cooking into a fun-filled experience.
COURAGE- September 7th 6:30-8:30pm
Face your fears and take the leap. Live the life of your dreams.
Awareness: Together we will talk about understanding fear and how we can use it to take leaps.
Movement: In our yoga practice, we will push past our fears and find the strength of a Crow.
Nutrition: We'll discuss things we can add in to our diet to fuel our body so we can take the leaps we desire.
PEACE- October 4th (Friday) 6:30-8:30pm
Nature has so much to share. Find balance and contentment in the natural flow of your life.
Awareness: We will talk about "om trees" and how this part of nature can inspire us to find peace within ourselves.
Movement: Our yoga practice will center around finding peace with our asanas, especially Vrksasana (Tree Pose).
Nutrition: Understanding food labels is key to finding harmony within our bodies so we can radiate fully, from the inside out, our most peaceful selves
GRATITUDE- November 2nd 6:30-8:30pm
Inhale love, exhale gratitude. Being thankful can turn any day, any challenge into a blessing.
Awareness: We will create a gratitude practice including a gratitude journal.
Movement: Time to slow down, tapping into gratitude with our asanas with a focus on Malasana (Yogi Squat)
Nutrition: We will conclude with a practice on mindful eating that you can incorporate throughout your days of living in gratitude.
REFLECTION- December 7th 6:30-8:30pm

Awareness: As we review our year of Spiraling to Wellness, we will we let go of the past and make some plans for our next year; but really let presence be our centering guide.
Movement: Restorative poses will be our movement practice as we take it all in with Balasana (Child's Pose), our peak pose of the class.
Nutrition: Discussion will focus on foods that can give us energy throughout the holiday season and into the New Year.
