Profile of Hatboro Borough, PA including governement information, events, boards and commissions, departments, FAQs, documents, employment, meetings, public services, links Second Saturday Hatboro is a 'Celebration of the Arts' in the Borough's business district, bringing a day of free activities and entertainment to the community on the second Saturday of every month. In addition, many business establishments will have special sales ongoing. Hosted by the merchants of Hatboro and the Greater Hatboro Chamber of Commerce, this event is free to the public.
